Fireworks on the east coast of Canada - July 1st 2009

****ALOT of people are wondering about settings for fireworks. Honestly, in the digital world, it's trial and error for me at first:
Keep your ISO as low as possible, you're going to need a tripod, and some trial and error. At the bang of the first firework, make sure to be looking thru the camera to focus properly, then start taking photos using (approximately 2 second shutterspeed)and play with your aperture to get things just right. Always take a peek at the shots in your camera, just to make sure you're getting the right idea for the settings. Then, just hold your finger on the shutter button, ready to click it just before something cool happens.
I just shot fireworks for the first time a few weekends ago,i just used the firework option on my camera, and they came out pretty good I like this tho nice and bright/colorful hehe
